<description><![CDATA[A new network of bus services is being introduced in the Warley, Bearwood, Halesowen and Merry Hill areas from 28 March 2010. This network has been designed to make travelling by bus better with less waiting around at bus stops for most of our passengers. The changes see the introduction of better frequencies, new links and faster journey times.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[From Sunday, 7 March, new ticket machines designed to accept English Concessionary Smartcards will be in operation on all branded 50 buses in Birmingham!  
 
This marks the start point for rolling this equipment out to all National Express buses in the West Midlands and Coventry, a programme which, now started, should finish in the Summer of 2010.]]></description>

Unbeknown to Phil he will feature on a 22 foot bus advert proclaiming &ldquo;happy birthday &ndash; now you can ride the bus for free!&rdquo; The advert has been designed in secret by National Express and will be unveiled to Phil on 2 March.]]></description>
