Terms and Conditions of Carriage (summary*)

PASSENGERS MUST PAY CORRECT FARE AND RETAIN TICKET OR HOLD A VALID TRAVELCARD OR OTHER PASS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE IMPOSITION OF A 'STANDARD FARE' OF £10 REGARDLESS OF DISTANCE TRAVELLED


 

Passengers Must Not:

  • Smoke - maximum penalty - £1000
  • Eat or drink whilst on board
  • Play music in a manner which could cause annoyance to other customers
  • Wilfully damage or deface any part of the vehicle
  • Operate door controls except in an emergency
  • Allow dogs on seats
  • Spit
  • Obstruct gangways
  • Leave litter
