Terms and Conditions
Tickets for Alton Towers and Drayton Manor Theme Park are subject to the following terms and conditions.

• The arrival time is dependant on traffic conditions.
• Departure times are strictly adhered to; The bus will depart promptly as stated.
• Travel West Midlands cannot be held responsible for any customers who fail to return to the bus for the stated departure time.
• The availability of rides and attractions is at the discretion of the Theme Park.
• At Alton Towers only - Only children under 1 metre go free. Under under 4s over 1 metre will be charged.
• Certain rides or attractions may be excluded from the normal admission and must be paid for separately.
• Specific seats on the bus cannot be reserved.
• Travel West Midlands' usual Terms & Conditions of Carriage apply. Click here for details.
• Tickets purchased on the day are on are sold on a first come first served basis.
• No cancellations or refunds are available with online bookings.
• If we have reason to suspect the fraudulent issue of an e-ticket, we reserve the right to confiscate it and prevent you from travelling. In these circumstances we reserve the right to take further proceedings should we see fit. No refund will be made in relation to any e-ticket confiscated under this special condition.
