•	Travel West Midlands cannot be held responsible for any customers who fail to return to the bus for the stated departure time.

•	Certain rides or attractions may be excluded from the normal admission and must be paid for separately.

•	Tickets purchased on the day are on are sold on a first come first served basis.
•	No cancellations or refunds are available with online bookings.
•	If we have reason to suspect the fraudulent issue of an e-ticket, we reserve the right to confiscate it and prevent you from travelling. In these circumstances we reserve the right to take further proceedings should we see fit. No refund will be made in relation to any e-ticket confiscated under this special condition.
