Centro organizes travel concessions for eligible blind and disabled persons who are permanent residents of the West Midlands County.

Do I qualify? To be eligible for a concessionary travel pass you must live in one of the West Midlands County’s seven council areas. (Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall or Wolverhampton). Upon receipt of your application form Centro will make an assessment against the entitlement criteria of the Transport Act 2000 to confirm qualification. Eligibility rules are set out in the forms. What type of pass do I qualify for? From 24th July 2005, if eligible, you will be entitled to a FREE FARE CONCESSIONARY PASS* This pass can be used to travel on all buses, trains and Metro within the West Midlands County any time from 0930 Mondays to Fridays, all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays (* It is possible to upgrade to include weekday morning peak travel by purchasing a Centro Extra Plus ticket click here for more details.)
When can I use my pass? Concessionary travel passes are valid on all buses, trains and the Metro for journeys within the West Midlands County any time from 0930 Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Limitations and exclusions Journeys on certain special services such as night buses and excursions are excluded. Journeys outside of the West Midlands County are excluded. Please note: you must have a valid ticket, travel card or pass when boarding or travelling on be used to purchase half-price day tickets. Passengers not holding a valid ticket will be liable to pay a penalty fare of £10 if paid immediately or within 7 days or £20 if not paid within 7 days.
How do I get my pass? Application forms are available from: - Network West Midlands Travel Information Centres at New Street Rail Station, Coventry - Pool  Meadow Bus Station and  Wolverhampton Bus Station
